Each of our products is backed by a 30-day product exchange warranty. If you experience difficulty with your GreenSmartLiving electronic cigarette, cartridges or e-cig accessories, we will happily exchange the defective product for new products. This covers battery malfunction as well as cartridges not lasting as long as they should.

If you are having trouble with one of our products, please consult our troubleshooting tips first.

If, after consulting our troubleshooting tips, you are unable to resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Download and print our warranty form

2. Complete the Warranty Return form

Please include your name, shipping address, telephone number, purchase information, and a brief description of why the product is being returned.

3. Attach proof of purchase & enclose defective product

A receipt or credit card statement showing the location and date of purchase will suffice as proof of purchase.

4. Mail-in a padded envelope to:

Please include 6 stamps when mailing via the US Postal Service. If you would like tracking information, we recommend that you ship via UPS or FedEx, instead. GreenSmartLiving is not responsible for product that is not delivered to the address below:

 5. Receive your new product!

GreenSmartLiving will replace your product within 14 days of receipt of the defective product via USPS.


If purchased online from us, any item can be returned, for any reason, within 14 days for a full refund as long as it has not been opened. Please note that opened items CANNOT be returned, and they will not be refunded. To return your product for a full refund, please send it back, with a copy of your emailed receipt to:

Effective November 1, 2016 GreenSmartLiving is making changes to its return policy to become more in line with e-cigarette industry standards.

Below are the guidelines for defective products as well as new purchases.


  • Defective Product – Defective Products are products returned to either the distributor or store after it has been tried by the customer/consumer.
  • New Purchases – New Purchases are products purchased from GSL within the last 30 days.
  • Outdated Product – Outdated Product is a product that has exceeded its printed expiration date.
    GreenSmartLiving Return Policy
    Returns are only accepted if one of the following criteria are met:
  • The product is returned as defective.
  • The product is returned as a newly purchased product and has been purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that GreenSmartLiving is no longer accepting outdated products for return or exchange. When GreenSmartLiving does issue a credit invoice we will send all customers a credit invoice for their entire return. Returns will be credited at a ratio of 20% off the current order until the credit invoice is used in total.
