Each of our products is backed by a 30-day product exchange warranty. If you experience difficulty with your GreenSmartLiving electronic cigarette, cartridges or e-cig accessories, we will happily exchange the defective product for new product. This covers battery malfunction as well as cartridges not lasting as long as they should.

If, after consulting our troubleshooting tips, you are unable to resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

Please include your name, shipping address, telephone number, purchase information, and a brief description of why the product is being returned.
A receipt or credit card statement showing the location and date of purchase will suffice as proof of purchase.
Please include 6 stamps when mailing via the US Postal Service. If you would like tracking information, we recommend that you ship via UPS or FedEx, instead. GreenSmartLiving is not responsible for product that is not delivered to the address below:

GreenSmartLiving will replace your product within 14 days of receipt of the defective product via USPS.
If purchased online from us, any item can be returned, for any reason, within 14 days for a full refund as long as it has not been opened. Please note that opened items CANNOT be returned, as they will not be refunded. To return your product for a full refund, please send it back, with a copy of your emailed receipt to:
