GreenSmartLiving Warranty Info

A 30-day warranty backs each of our products. If you experience difficulty with your GreenSmartLiving electronic cigarette, cartridges, or e-cigarette accessories, we will happily exchange the defective products for new products. If you need help with one of our products, please consult our troubleshooting tips first. If, after consulting our troubleshooting tips, you are unable to resolve the issue, please see below:

If you purchased a product from a RETAIL STORE and wish to file a warranty claim, click HERE.

GreenSmartLiving Unopened Product Returns

Products purchased online or by phone from GreenSmartLiving can be returned for any reason within 14 days for a full refund as long as it has not been opened. Please note that opened items CAN NOT be returned and will not be refunded. To return your product for a full refund, please send it back, with a copy of your emailed receipt, to:

Distributor & Retail Product Returns

Effective 7/1/2020 GreenSmartLiving is changing its Return Policy to better align with the electronic cigarette industry. Below are the definitions of product:

DEFECTIVE END-CONSUMER – If the end-consumer experience difficulty with their GreenSmartLiving electronic cigarette due to battery malfunction or cartridges not lasting as long as they should, this is considered a defective product.

DEFECTIVE DISTRIBUTOR – Product received by the distributor that has pre-existing damage or is in an unacceptable condition to be sold.

GreenSmartLiving will NOT accept returns on expired products or slow-moving products from now on. GreenSmartLiving will only accept returns on Defective Distributor products within seven days of receiving the product. The distributor is encouraged to inspect the shipment upon delivery. If damage is found, please refuse the shipment or have the carrier notate the damage. Defective End-Consumer products will be returned directly to GreenSmartLiving by the end-consumer. GreenSmartLiving will only accept returns on slow-moving products if the distributor has sold our product for less than a year. In this case, the distributor will have 180 days (six months) to exchange a slow-moving product for a product that sells better. 

If the product is accepted back after 180 days, a 10% restocking fee may apply.

The retail store can direct end-consumers to the GreenSmartLiving website for warranty information. GreenSmartLiving will only accept returns on slow-moving products if the store has sold our product for less than a year. In this case, the store will have 180 days (six months) to exchange slow-moving products for a product that sells better.

If the product is accepted back after 180 days, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
