If YOU PURCHASED PRODUCT ONLINE OR BY PHONE AND WISH TO FILL OUT A WARRANTY CLAIM FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW.

Each of our products is backed by a 30-day product exchange warranty. If you experience difficulty with your GreenSmartLiving electronic cigarette, cartridges, or e-cig accessories, we will happily exchange the defective product for new products. If you are having trouble with one of our products, please consult our troubleshooting tips first. If, after consulting our troubleshooting tips, you are unable to resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

2. Complete the Warranty Return form

Please include your name, shipping address, telephone number, purchase information, and a brief description of why the product is being returned.

3. Attach proof of purchase & enclose defective product

A receipt or credit card statement showing the location and date of purchase will suffice as proof of purchase.

4. Mail-in a padded envelope

Please include 6 stamps when mailing via the US Postal Service. If you would like tracking information, we recommend that you ship via UPS or FedEx, instead. GreenSmartLiving is not responsible for product that is not delivered to the address below:

 5. Receive your new product!

GreenSmartLiving will replace your product within 14 days of receipt of the defective product via USPS.

GREENSMARTLIVING UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS

If purchased online from us, any item can be returned, for any reason, within 14 days for a full refund as long as it has not been opened. Please note that opened items CANNOT be returned, and they will not be refunded. To return your product for a full refund, please send it back, with a copy of your emailed receipt to:

E-Cigarette Return Policy – Wholesaler


Effective 7/1/2020 GreenSmartLiving is making changes to its Return Policy to better align with the electronic cigarette industry.

Below are the definitions of product:

DEFECTIVE END-CONSUMER – If the difficulty the end-consumer experience with their GreenSmartLiving electronic cigarette is due to battery malfunction or cartridges not lasting as long as they should this is considered a defective product.

DEFECTIVE DISTRIBUTOR – Product received by the distributor that has pre-existing damage, or is in an unacceptable condition to be sold.

GreenSmartLiving will NOT accept returns on expired products or slow-moving products going forward.

GreenSmartLiving will only accept returns on Defective Distributor products within seven days of receiving the product. The distributor is encouraged to inspect the shipment upon delivery. If damage is found please either refuse the shipment or have the carrier notate the damage.

Defective End-Consumer product will be returned directly to GreenSmartLiving by the end-consumer.

Returns on slow-moving products will only be accepted by GreenSmartLiving if the distributor has been selling our product for less than a year. In this case, the distributor will have 180 days (six months) to exchange slow-moving product for a product that sells better.

E-Cigarette Return Policy – Retail

CBD Return Policy – Online

GreenSmartLiving accepts returns of all unused and unopened CBD products up to 10 days following the receipt of your order. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible or regarding our return policy, please feel free to email us at info@greensmartliving.com.

Return Process:
1) Package and ship your items to:

2) Email info@GreenSmartLiving.com your order and tracking number to notify us that you have returned your unopened product within the 10-day time limit.


3) Upon receipt of your package, a GSL team member will inspect the return and approve or deny the refund request.


4) A refund for the unopened product will be issued if accepted, and you will receive an email confirmation stating the refund details. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your bank account statement.

GSL will only accept CBD returns from purchases made via the website www.GreenSmartLiving.com or an end-consumer phone order. GreenSmartLiving will not allow returns from a purchase made in retail stores.

CBD Return Policy – Retail

Below are the definitions of product:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – Product received by the retailer that has pre-existing damage, or is in an unacceptable condition to be sold.

SLOW MOVING PRODUCT – Product received by the retailer that is rotating slowly or not selling at all.

All GreenSmartLiving CBD products are tested for quality and are carefully inspected before shipment. Upon delivery, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. GreenSmartLiving will only accept returns on Defective Product within 48 hours of receiving the product. If damage is found please either refuse shipment or have the carrier notate the damage.

Returns on Slow Moving Product will only be accepted by GreenSmartLiving on the retailers first order. In this case the retailer will have 90 days (three months) to exchange slow moving product for a full refund. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the retailer.

*By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil.
